I wanted this to be a quick setup, but the instructions were confusing and I kept having to reread parts. What should’ve taken maybe a little while ended up taking me basically the whole afternoon, and honestly... it just got frustrating.

I swear I waited forever for my order to show up. Like, I get things get busy, but dang, that was way longer than expected.

I needed a few replacement parts and LunaCycle actually had them listed as available, not backordered like a couple other places I checked. I ordered them sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly, but the checkout was simple and the parts showed up quickly. Everything worked out fine, no complaints from me.

I was having some trouble getting my controller setup figured out and I reached out to support, they got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that actually made sense without making me feel like I should’ve already known it, which I really appreciated. Got it sorted out and the bike is running good now, so thanks guys

Got a battery kit from Luna Cycle. It arrived in one piece, just later than expected. Tracking was kinda vague, so I was guessing a bit.

Biggest thing: the safety info could be clearer. More basic instructions and easier warning labels would help. Not a bad buy, just not super confidence-boosting

My package showed up really well packed, no crushed corners, nothing rattling around loose inside, and everything was wrapped up cleanly. It all arrived in good condition, which is always a relief with shipped parts. Based on this order, I’d say their shipping and packaging were solid.

The bike feels really tough and well put together. I’ve been riding it hard, and so far nothing major has loosened up or given me any trouble. There is one small rattle that’s a little annoying, but overall it’s been really solid. i kind of regret not getting one earlier
